Typical applications
Titanium tube is the standard answer to seawater and chloride corrosion: heat exchangers and condensers in power and desalination plants, offshore cooling and firewater systems, chemical process piping, and heat-transfer bundles where stainless steel would pit. Gr.1 is often chosen for maximum formability and corrosion resistance; Gr.2 where higher strength is needed.
Inspection and documents
Dimensional checks, eddy-current or hydrostatic testing and surface inspection are performed to the agreed standard, with mill certificates to EN 10204 3.1 and heat-number traceability on every bundle. Third-party inspection can be arranged when specified in the order.

Seamless or welded titanium tube — which do I need?
Seamless tube (ASTM B861) is normally specified for higher pressure, tighter tolerances and critical heat-exchanger service. Welded tube (ASTM B862) is widely used where wall thickness and cost efficiency matter more, for example condenser and process piping. We confirm the right option against your design pressure and medium.
