Quality management
ALLOYTI operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and an aerospace quality management system certified to AS9100D. In practice that means every order follows the same sequence: specification confirmed in writing, material identified by heat number, inspection performed to the agreed scope, and documents issued before dispatch.
Order workflow
- Requirement confirmation — grade, standard, dimensions, quantity, service conditions and target delivery.
- Production planning — availability, route (hot rolling, forging, machining) and any special requirements confirmed.
- Documents and inspection — certificate type, inspection scope and any third-party witness agreed in advance.
- Delivery follow-up — packing, marking, inspection, dispatch and shipping documents tracked to closure.

- EN 10204 3.1 — mill test certificate, issued as standard.

- Certificate of origin and other destination-specific documents — confirmed before dispatch.
For customs purposes titanium and articles of titanium are generally classified under HS heading 8108; we confirm the exact code for your destination with the shipment documents.
Traceability
Material is identified by heat number from mill certificate through to packing list, so any delivered piece can be traced back to its heat and inspection record. Marking method and identification rules are agreed with the order.
Which certificates are issued with an order?
Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are issued as standard, covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat-number traceability. EN 10204 3.2 certificates countersigned by an independent inspector, and third-party inspection, can be arranged when agreed in the order.
Can you arrange third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. Independent inspection (for example SGS, TÜV or Bureau Veritas) can be arranged by agreement, with the scope — dimensional, visual, UT, PT or witness testing — defined before production starts.
How are titanium shipments packed and identified?
Material is packed to prevent contact damage and contamination, marked with grade, heat number, size and order reference, and shipped with packing list and commercial invoice. Export documents required at destination are confirmed before dispatch.
