Forging and machining capability

Typical applications
Forged titanium is used where grain flow, integrity and strength-to-weight matter: aerospace structural fittings and engine-adjacent parts, offshore and subsea components, high-performance machinery, and pressure-containing parts in chemical service. Machined titanium parts to drawing are produced for customers who prefer to receive finished components rather than stock.
How to specify a forging order
Send the drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF), grade, quantity, heat-treatment condition and inspection requirements. We confirm forging route, machining allowance, tolerances and documents before quotation. Ultrasonic testing, penetrant inspection and EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates are arranged as agreed — see Quality & Service.

Yes. Forgings can be delivered as blanks or fully machined. Our site includes turning and dimensional inspection; final tolerances, surface finish and inspection scope are confirmed in the order.
