Titanium bar and rod to ASTM B348 — Gr.2, Gr.5 (TC4) and Gr.7, supplied peeled, turned, centreless ground and cut to length for machining.

Typical applications
Titanium bar is the starting point for machined components: shafts and spindles, valve and pump parts, fastener blanks, aerospace fittings, marine hardware and chemical-process internals. Because titanium work-hardens and conducts heat poorly, we support buyers with machining parameters and stock allowances as part of the enquiry.
Straightness and inspection
Bar and tube are straightened in-house, and each piece is measured for diameter and tolerance before packing. Straightness tolerances, surface condition and inspection scope are confirmed in the order, with mill certificates to EN 10204 3.1 issued as standard.

Do you supply titanium bar cut to length?
Yes. Bar is supplied in random or fixed lengths, cut to your dimension with allowance for machining. Peeled, turned or centreless-ground surface conditions are available depending on grade and diameter.
Which grade should I choose for machining — Gr.2 or Gr.5?
Gr.2 (TA2) machines more easily and is the usual choice for corrosion-resistant chemical and marine parts. Gr.5 (TC4 / Ti-6Al-4V) is selected when strength-to-weight matters, for example aerospace and high-load components. Tell us the service conditions and we will confirm the options.
